The point of all of this is to say: When you get done your body reacts in different ways. Some people feel light headed, sick, dizzy. Well Aaron and I both felt a little on the tipsy side. It was as if we were both on our way to getting drunk. Just imagine two people sitting in the refreshment room trying to have a conversation but neither of us can hear each other talking and we are smiling like complete idiots. I would have liked to be a fly on the wall watching it all unfold.

Moral of the story: Drink lots of fluids before giving blood and such. Also, give blood and or platelets as often as you can. Platelets can be given ever 3-7 days.
