Is anyone out there anymore?

I have stayed away from blogging all things caloric because of my never-ending struggle to balance food and health. How do I keep healthy while continuing to expand my cooking and baking expereinces?
I want to find the best buttercream frosting, master the art of icing a cookie, give goodies away to friends and family in little packages with ribbons and bows, take family dinners from meh to mesmerizing, and hone my knife skills. The list goes on....
Anyone else out there struggle with this? How do you balance it all? What's a girl to do?
I still want to read:) I struggle with the same things. Take your time, bake on Saturdays, and take what you make to Sunday School, what doesn't get eaten, you can toss. Make one amazing dinner a week until you find enough things to take family dinners to mezmerizing status. Use your knife skills for everything you cut everyday. Try icing rice cakes for practice?! Maybe?...I don't know, good luck with the constant battle. It will forever be a balancing act that always changes with the seasons of life.
